Winter Practices Begin!

Starting this Sunday, Oct. 25th the Lightning 12U will begin Winter practices at Pleasant Hill High School. Practice will begin promptly at 3:00pm and end at 5:00pm. Parents are encouraged to begin carpooling to practices.
We are excited to go into the Winter with a full team with high motivation. We want to keep that going from week to week.
The coaching staff highly promotes the girls to participate in Winter sports. Please notify coaches of Basketball schedules so that we may have a chance to go to some games!
We are very much looking forward to establishing a unified team! Can't wait to see all the girls out at our practices!
Please remember that most notices will go out on email, so please make sure that you are able to check that out on a regular basis.

Practice

Lightning Softball Practices begin tonight!

We are so excited to get the girls together tonight at 6:oo at the Sheldon Field for an introductory practice! This first practice will mostly be informative, but there will be some skill instruction as well.
After the practice, we will also have a parents meeting.

Future practices will be Sundays at Sheldon High School Varsity field at 3:00pm until approx. 5:00pm. If you are not able to attend, please tell the coaching staff ASAP. All players are expected to attend, unless previously excused.

Eugene Lightning 12U and 14U Tryouts

Eugene Lightning Tryouts for the 2010 ASA 12U/14U Softball Season begin today 8/12 at 5:00 at Sheldon High School. We are looking for girls with fantastic attitudes and a love for the softball game. Any and all players in the appropriate age groups are welcome. Please come with proper gear, water and hat. Tryouts are as follows:
Wednesday 8/12/09
Pitchers/Catchers 5:00pm
All Other Positions: 6:15pm

Sunday 8/16/09
Pitchers/Catchers:3:00pm
All Other Positions:4:15
